Hi, Friends! It is me again, Vickie. I took a huge step last year and purchased the Tinnitus hearing devices from Audiphons. These little guys really help with my hearing concern, and have helped tremendously in crowded areas where I am needing to hear one particular voice speaking instead of hearing bits and pieces of 20 or more voices. Believe me, I am not one who can trust my lip reading…I have discovered. Upon purchasing these devices, I decided I had better purchase the two year protection plan from Asurion. I normally bypass these plans, but you just never know especially paying $249.00 for them. I know that is just a tiny fraction to what really prescribed hearing devices cost, but $249.00 is $249.00…Not just pocket change. A year has past since I made my purchase, and guess what? Just two weeks ago, I placed them in my ears since I was going to be going out. As soon as I placed the left one in my ear, there was an unusual static noise unlike I have ever heard coming from within the device. I cleaned it even though it didn’t need it since I clean them each day. The static just would not go away. I decided to contact Asurion to see if they might be able to help. Let’s just say that within three days, I had my brand new pair of Audiphons! Yes…Just in a few blinks of my eyes, I had a brand new pair because of my Protection Plan from Asurion. I even purchased the plan again to make sure I am covered in the future if anything might happen. I am so pleased with the help I received and the $249.00 I did not have to repay. Thank you so much, Asurion!

Asurion is the easiest company to deal with. No hassle and they're efficient and fast. My rule of thumb is to buy their insurance for anything that costs more than $50.

Its a waste of money. Only the left ear worked just for few hours and that's it. The right came on and off by itself. I thought I went for the best but I was wrong. I just need a refund.
