I typical do not write a vast amount if reviews but thought others may encounter a similar situation so here goes. Sometime in May I purchased a set of hearing ear buds for about 149.00 and decided to also purchase a 2- year warranty with Asurion for what I believe was around 26.00, which has been my habit whenever I purchase anything from around 150.00 or more although luckily, I have never needed to utilize the extended warranty until now. Once the I received the ear buds they worked adequately, not great but not poor as well. That was until sometime in late February when the ear buds broke apart and no longer useable. I had initially gone to Asurion web site to file a claim and was promptly informed that since these ears buds were less than a year old, I needed to go back to the seller of said ear buds as they should still be covered by the manufacture. I was initially a bit irritated thinking to myself that then this was actually a 1- year warranty then. So, I sent my concerns to include photos of the broken ear buds, multiple times to the seller and waited about 3-weeks and as you can guess each inquiry went unanswered. Although irritated was not going to allow a 149.00 purchase drive me too crazy. At that point I decided to contact Asurion and attempt to actually speak with a person (I know ,what a concept, lol) with the intention to cancel the remaining time on this warranty and to also cancel the numerus other warranties I had for other purchases I have made in the past as I figured if I couldn’t get something taken care of for under 150 bucks what chance would I have for higher cost items. I called and explained my plight without mentioning the fact I had planned to cancel any of my warranties. Within minutes she offered her apologies for the inconvenience and transferred me to the department that handles warranty issues. I again explained the issue and to my amazement in less than 3- minutes approved a FULL refund with the only decision I needed to make was if I wanted to go to UPS in order to send the broken item back or they would arrange to have UPS to come to my home & pick the up the item. Since I have a UPS store available just a few blocks from my home I opted to drop them off. The Asurion representative sent me a shipping label to use so there would be no cost to me and indicated I would have a FULL refund in my account within 24-72 hours of shipping the defective item back. Well, that was not entirely true because about 2 or 3 hours after I dropped the package off at UPS, I received an email indicating the FULL purchase amount was now sitting in my account. So, I just want to say KUDOS to Asurion and the two reps (who couldn’t had been any nicer) that I spoke with for a job well done and totally unexpected on my part!

I recently ordered hearing aids that were everything and more than was stated in the online description. I don't always order ASURION protection but did this time. The hearing aids were in my possession for less than three days when my new dog snatched them off an end table and mauled them. I was heartbroken. One was in multiple pieces. ASURION instructed me to return them. Replacement hearing aids arrived the NEXT DAY! I was so impressed with ASURION that I will be a customer for life. Thank you, ASURION! you deliver, and I am ever so grateful for that.

I had my protection plan coverage with in hours of dropping my item off to USPS. I had to chat with someone to —because o was having trouble getting my claim to register and she helped me put in the claim and was very helpful. She emailed me the return label and it was all a very simple process. Worth the money.

So far so good. Very light weight and easy to use. Having the choice of heat levels is new to me but a plus. and my hair dried fast. I noticed less frizz and a nice shine. Gave it a 4star only because I only used it once. It is expensive but hopefully it's worth the money.
