  • Smart amperage adjustment
Unlike most other EVSEs, this one delivers the chosen amperage (16, 24 or 32) at any voltage above 200, so when your voltage is not 240V, you don't get penalized by the amperage being dropped in proportion as is the case with most other EVSEs. When charging at 100~120V, the device will choose the most appropriate amperage to not overload the circuit, capping it around 20A (even if you choose 24A or 32A). ... show more

  • Good charger for the price
If you plan on tracking your vehicles usage, spend the extra money for a Wi-Fi capable one that has OEM tracking software available. If you just want a charger, this one is great. Been outside in full elements for over a year now with no issues

  • Works but cord is too short
GOOD - Just started using it and it works as advertised. I like the ability to select the charging amperage since my electric panel is full and I can charge at a lower rate when needing lots of power at the same time for other things in the house. Generally that means that if using the electric clothes dryer I just turn the EV charger to 16A. BAD - The cord is incredibly short. I need to back my Chevy Bolt to almost touch the garage door for the cord to come down from the plug, under the closed garage door, and reach the car charge port. ... show more

  • Works great!
Has the Look and feel of a quality product. Really like it. Its perhaps a bit early to comment on duration of the product but it looks solidly made.

  • Working well.
I just hooked it up. It seems all good so far. I’ll update this review or try two after some time has passed. Update: it has now been six months of daily use. It has operated pretty flawlessly. I will say, when I unplug it or lose power it does reset to the lower amperage, so I have to double check that. I would definitely buy this again considering the price. ... show more

  • Works well charging EV
This EV charger works well charging my car. Once connected to a dedicated 240V outlet, it just works as intended. I like the feature that one can choose among 16A, 24A and 32A maximum charging current. This is useful so the overall household amperage do not exceed what the utility circuit breakers can supply. For example when the dryer or the oven is in use, I can choose to charge at a lower current. Functionally, it is a 5-star product. The charger is made by a reputable factory and has IP66 waterproof rating (protect against water jet, so no problem with rain). The label says it follows UL standards but the device model is not in the UL certification database. Other models of EV charger from the same factory are certified though. Deducting one star for the lack of UL certification. ... show more
