After searching EVERY web site ( big box stores, home improvement, specialty lighting, hardware, etc) These are the closest replacements I found for my bathroom vanity light. Even the company that manufactured the fixture didn't have anything close. They are sturdy & made well. The finish is not as opalescent as my original shade & is about half an inch longer, but the difference is so subtle no one will notice except me. Plus I now have 2 extra shades just in case. I'm not sure why the other review is a one star. I almost didn't purchase because of that but this was my only option in my price range so I took a shot and ordered 3 sets. All 3 sets were packaged very secure so they all came in perfect condition. The glass is also incredibly thick, high quality!     • Don’t Waste Your Time! Okay Product, Terrible Packaging and Replacement Process

The glass shades themselves are of relatively decent quality. They are thick, heavy, and feel durable—almost too heavy and dense, to be honest. While some of the glass has minor imperfections, they’re not too noticeable and can be hidden behind the light bulb once installed. Unfortunately, the packaging is extremely poor. Each shade is stacked without any wrapping or padding to protect them during shipping. My first shipment arrived with one shade completely shattered. I requested a replacement, and the second shipment also included a shattered shade. Out of six total shades, I was able to salvage only three. Of the other three, 2 were shattered and one has a noticeable nick in it. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the return process. To receive a replacement, Amazon generated a return for the initial item and I am being required to ship back the original items back or I’ll be charged for both orders. So, I’m essentially just shipping back shattered glass. This is both inconvenient and feels like an unnecessary waste of time. A more appropriate response from Amazon / the Manufacturer would have been to ship the replacement (in better packaging) and instruct me to keep and discard the original broken items. The product itself might be worth considering if you’re lucky enough to receive it intact, but the lack of protective packaging and the absurd replacement process make it hard to recommend. ... show more

One of the three arrived cracked, which was not surprising given other reviews I saw before ordering. Fortunately I only needed 2 of them. Low quality product, thicker than ideal, but was the size and shape I needed.

These worked out well for me. My ceiling fan takes E12 candelabra bulbs but it's hard to get decent bulbs that are bright enough. And when I found a B13 bulb that was bright, it stick out slightly from the globe and the bulbs don't last long. This glass shade looks identical to the original except it's an inch longer. So I can use an A15 bulb with an E12 to E26 adapter and it still doesn't stick out. The only thing to note is the glass is a little thinner on these than the original shades. Not a big deal and it helps keep the weight down. ... show more

They’re clear and fit my ceiling fan lights. They look nice. A lot better than the “frosted” look or like the e been in a smoker’s house for 50 years. These look really nice. Received all of them in a durable package with no broken ones.
