The media could not be loaded. Where do I start on this. Ok let's start on delivery packages came in several boxes over the course of a week. As you open these boxes you'll find everything in the Set box ( A, B, and C). I recomend when putting this togther you have a table to build this one or else you'll feel it in your lower back if your working on the floor. Also it was pretty easy to put togther but it would be way faster with a 2nd body helping especially when clipping the seats side by side it was difficult for one person. Also it looks great when it's built and it came with alot of extra pieces and I mean alot. I didn't get Box B but got alot of Box A so in the end I was supose to have 15 pieces turns out i got 17 pieces. Two extra tables so total of 4 of them vs 2 in the image. Inspect the hardware some came in already rusted so extra pieces came in clutch swapping out bad for good ones. Use your own tools ones provided hurt after awhile on the hands and wrists. Settting up the fire table was a task and the slide drawer mechanism didn't fit was too narrow after table was built had to Jimmy rig parts to make it wide enough to reach slide mechanics for a drawer type function. ... show more

As for the quality of the furniture, it’s perfectly fine. Instructions are a little confusing. It looks great and is more comfortable that we expect. Pleasantly surprised there. Only reason we are giving it four stars, is for the few flaws in ours that we noticed. There was a bit of an issue with our experience with delivery of the set. The four star rating is on the quality of the furniture, not based off the delivery confusion. We ordered the 7 piece set with fire-pit. We only received the Fire-pit , nothing else and it was marked as “Delivered”. This order was obviously going to be more than one box. As a customer it’s a bit worrisome so see it as “delivered” when only one piece arrived. Having no way to track the rest, lead us to think it was an incomplete delivery. Because we couldn’t contact the seller, we submitted a return request and ordered another set from another seller. Only to have the rest of this one arrive over the span of three days. Totally understand, but with the price tag it had us a little freaked out. It should be noted too that there is no pick up option if we had to return. ... show more

Our 12 pc set completes our patio nicely. The seating is adult sized (not a smaller/juvenile size sold in Walmart). No matter the seller or "big box store", these items require assembly which becomes easier after the first 2 seats. We did have slight damage from punctured carton likely from carrier...however, the seller's communication and replacement was 5-star. ... show more
