This is the best massager I have found by far, not too gentle and not one of those things that pounds you to a quivering pulp. The only thing I would change is making it a bit longer to reach a little lower on the shoulders. I work around that by scooting the unit down a bit once my neck is loosened up. It has held up very well to daily usage, I feel like I am getting my money’s worth.
