I love neck massagers as my neck gets stiff a lot. There is always something nice about a hand massage, and I think this neck massager has come the closest I have seen so far to replicating that. The hands-free design for wrapping over your shoulders like a backpack works for the most part, but you cannot move around too much once you get it where you want. ... show more

This neck massager is just okay. It tends to be on the small side when trying to fit around your neck (just presuming this). I'm an average weight and it still hovered over the back of my neck. It fit my child's neck perfectly to give an idea how small it is, and you can't adjust the width at all. Pretty much one size. But once you switch it on, you can still feel it working fine. You just won't get the full effect. The cloth belt straps do help to keep it on secure and snug, and at least you can adjust the fit on those. Controls are pretty straight-forward and are pretty sensitive to touch. The rotation adjuster and finger tip massage option work great, but the heat option didn't work for me as expected. Its quite weak, and tended to only feel it on the left side. I was looking for a good neck massager to replace my older one, but I have to keep looking. ... show more

The message feature is great, really works the neck. Fitting it on is pretty easy. Just take the strap over your shoulders, wrap it around your back, and clip over your chest/stomach. Adjusting the length on the straps is smooth and fast. The straps allow for large and small bodies. I'm 5'8", 140lbs, and the strap is about 2/3rds of full length. I felt at times like the devices acted like a posture corrector as well. Not that it forcefully pulled me into proper posture, just felt like a gentle reminding to sit up straight. Maybe a combination of the straps on the shoulders and having something sitting on your shoulders. You could tighten the straps and maybe increase the effect. The battery life seems pretty solid, used it several times and haven't had to charge yet. Some negatives. It has a bit of an odd, chemical smell straight out of the box. It's fading a bit after a week, but it's still there. The heat is pretty minimal and it's tricky to tell with the controls what heat level you're on. It says the first setting is high, but I found I had to hit it twice or thrice to get it to be warm. But even that is hardly noticeable. Some people may think it's a little heavy. It would be cool if there were more mode options. Basically it's just continually or one move-one move-one move. That start/stop mode is weird, don't like it. The material that touches the neck could be a little softer or more supple, but it's not too bad as long as you don't use it for longer than they prescribe. ... show more
