The chair looks decent. A few quibbles: the seat cushion sticks out past the bottom (like someone sticking their tongue out), and even using the velcro to attach the cushion to the seat bottom, this can't be avoided. There was a subtle manufacturing flaw: the material on the front of one arm was actually wrong-side out. (It is hard to detect this, so we did not return or complain, but the flowers on this portion are mirror-imaged from the rest of the material.) There were a couple small scuff marks and a small hole in the back. There were quite a few threads hanging from the beading. Overall, the chair looks OK and is comfortable. From both a fit-and-finish and a packaging perspective, though, I expected better. ... show more

Seat is very cheap only had it seven months & its in bad shape. The seat part slips out constantly! Dont waste your money!

Poor construction. Spring popped out of one in less than a month. Now the fabric is beginning to knot up on the arm rests and one of the feet cracked. Not recommended.

Well, it arrived, and the springs popped out of the bottom as soon as we sat in it. The company gave me a full refund, immediately, they were great. Quality was a disaster, which really stinks as I own the matching sofa.

    • Love The Pattern Bottom Cushion could use more velco

Love the design and pattern of the chair. It's comfortable. The bottom cushion needs more velcro to hold it in place.. You also need to slide it so that the cushion goes under the upper part of the chair to get a flush appearance. Add some double sided velco issue solved. This set has held up well. Bought as a set form a box retail store. Only came with one chair so I'm on the hunt for another one. ... show more
