Assembly was easy and had no problems. Filled the base with the expandable gel balls made for these type base. The goal is not stable and has falling three in a week. Third time was the charm and it bent rim. All three times it has falling it was at the lowest level. It just took a little wind. Now my grandkids Christmas is not usable and it turns out to be a waste of base is way to small for the basketball goal. Overall, the product is fairly straightforward to assemble. The hardware is organized well, even when some bolts are the same size but packaged separately for clarity. The included tools (socket and wrenches) are a nice touch and make installation easier. However, the backboard itself appears to have a manufacturing defect. The parts do not align correctly, which prevents proper assembly and causes the hardware not to fit as intended. This creates a safety concern, especially for a load-bearing component. The seller’s response was also disappointing. Instead of addressing the defect, they attempted to provide altered images and instructions, claiming the original product image was incorrect. This contradicts how the product is shown by other retailers and did not resolve the issue.
