I got this at amazon. This is my third basketball hoop in my back yard. Used almost a month and sofar som good. Easy install took only about 45mins with wife. Stong rims than others and very stabilty . Used one month with my kids and they ask me buy anthoer one. Wait till blackfriday.

This thing looks really great. It was assembled in about two hours between three people trying to figure out certain things. and we're really, We're having some problems because it was so big and and lunky, but after we got it all together, it is awesome. The height adjustability takes a bit of extra effort because you gotta be a bit stronger to do it. can't have my tiny humans do it for themselves. But my kids love it nonetheless. ... show more

This portable basketball hoop was easy to assemble. The base can be weighted and provides stability with no tipping over. We keep the pole unscrewed in 2 pieces so we can easily take apart and wheel into our garage when not using. It’s easy to move by tilting the base back and wheeling it. This was easy to put together. The build is ok for younger kids up to probably age 7 or 8. The price/value is good for what you get. I expect it to last a few years before upgrading to a more heavy duty hoop as my kids get older.

    • Good, inexpensive basketball hoop. Well made and good for kids of all ages
While assembling this basketball hoop I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the parts. Each bag of bolts contained an extra and all the nuts are nylon locking and appeared to be made out of material that would not rust. It also came with two nets, so there is a spare when the first one wears out. This has a large range for height as you can use either three or four poles and the top pole can be raised or lowered for adjustment on the exact height. While the instruction manual said you need two people to set this up, I was able to set it up myself with no problem. It comes with two wrenches to tighten all the bolts, so no additional tools are required, but I found using one wrench and a socket set to be easier. It's not clear why it has knobs for adjustment since the bolts hold everything in place and the knobs seem more like decoration than serving any practical purpose. This has been kept outside in my backyard, and while it does seem to have held up to the weather, the color on the net has washed out and I've noticed rust colored water dripping out where the tubes connect, so it seems like rain is getting inside the tubes and they may be rusting from within. For an inexpensive basketball hoop, this is pretty good, but as expected it's not as good as more expensive hoops. In the good, better, best model, I would group this as good. ... show more
