I spent a year looking at Escooters. I’m six foot eight inches tall and weigh 275lbs. I have a size 16 shoe so a wide deck, that’s sturdy to handle my size (and maybe a friend if needed) was required. . The ones that look like trash on the street are not built to support my size. That’s where this scooter kicks their ass. Firstly, I am not a tool, setup or install person. I break a sweat holding a screw driver. 😂 This scooter arrived and all I had to do was open the box attach the handlebars(with tools they provided) unfold it till I heard it click lock and boom i was done. It’s enormous. I took comparative pictures of your standard street trash-esque scooter versus this one. Comparing size, performance, sturdiness and overall eye appeal there’s truly nothing to compare. This scooter wins. But the interesting part is how in just two days I’ve had at least 15 encounters from strangers inquiring on how and where I got this beauty. The price point is significant.. there’s no denying it. But I feel very confident that the ROI (return on investment); will be met within a months time. The package also included a charger, that has a cooling fan (very nice because many don’t so charging with those kind can be dangerous..). Tools and extra brake pads. There’s a security lock (adorable but I’d get something way more stronger and complex to break or deactivate. I bought an AirTag and hid it inside of the scooter not easily accessible. Don’t even try and play youseself by leaving it outside anywhere. I’m big enough and can carry mine a on scooter shoulder strap. But most can’t. So make sure you spend the money on the most top notch lock. Do not skimp on this item. I am fully aware that leaving it unattended without the best security lock possible will only result in its theft. It appears my year of searching for the best scooter paid off. I don’t have anything bad to say, It’s 2500 watts motor with awesome suspension. Adults get this scooter. Parents understand if you’re buying this for anyone that is unable to support their weight (if the kid can’t do a pull up DO NOT GET THIS. It’s too much scooter.) But if you’re a grown up looking for a fun, economical, and flirty toy for trips around town you want this. Love, love, love!

The first thing I noticed when I got the scooter was that the light switch was on upside down. I wasn't too upset about that and was still otherwise super excited. I had a great time with the scooter while it lasted, which wasn't long. On the fourth ride, the scooter started to give me an error about a "Controller Failure" and then when pressing the accelerator key the error would turn into a "Motor Failure". The manual does tell you what these errors are but does not have any instructions regarding how to fix them. I have been eyeing this scooter for about a year, and it was super disappointing to finally make the jump for it to be broken 4 rides later. Also to note, I didn't do anything that I would think would cause any issues (no drops or being particularly rough with it). Maybe I just received a dud, but I would be hesitant to buy this brand again after this experience.

So......I have been researching scooters for months. I wanted to get the best scooter I could get within a set budget of approximately $1,000. I have read several hundred reviews and tried to determine which ones were the most legitimate and sincere. This scooter kept coming up on my radar and every time there was another review it was enthusiastic. I finally rolled the dice and ordered. I just got this thing this afternoon and I have already been on it for well over an hour and a half in two rides. I plugged it in for a couple of hours in between rides while I took care of some other things because I am totally unsure about how long I can ride until it dies. Anyway..... I am totally and completely happy with my purchase on the first day, although I still need to determine potential range. I just rode all over the place grinning from ear to ear. Plenty of power, plenty fast, and has all the bells and whistles. It is just my opinion but I don't think you can do better for the money. This is an update after 4 months. I got this in September and it’s now the end of January. I love riding this thing and my neighbors think I am crazy. I use it all the time. I go to the grocery store and Walmart on this thing. I have a large reusable grocery bag I hang over the handle bars and if I buy more stuff I have a backpack I use. It’s amazing what I can carry. Also, my wife’s car was in the shop about 5 miles away and I rode it to pick up her car. I folded the scooter, threw it in the trunk and drove the car to my wife and rode the scooter 10 miles home. It was great. I just wanted to update that I am very happy with this scooter.

The media could not be loaded. 8/8/22 Customer support has gotten all the bugs worked out to my satisfaction thanks for your support . The scooter is a very good value for the money however QC is very poor. The handlebars controls a little odd in the positions had to move the throttle and the brake into different positions to match the other side. Some of the bolts were loose. The rear brake has a scrubbing noise. Noticed the spacers were different between the front brake and rear brake change that around now the scrubbing noise seems to have gone away. The rear fender rubbed and squeak like a cricket adjusted and fixed that now the rear suspension is squeaking lubed with garage door lithium grease now it’s disappeared. Went to adjust the rear shock spring load one worked OK the other one is stripped and will not move much. Power delivery for 2500W motor seems a little weak compared to other things I’ve seen. The kickstand is weak for the giant tank light vehicle you will receive it broke. I guess I got what I paid for. There is no option for miles per hour you will have to convert. Front suspension is extremely tight with no adjustments. No customer support to be found no contact information to be found how do I process of warranty?
