Worst dryer EVER and worst customer service EVER! Pulls clients hair, hood moves down when in use.. my client had to hold it! A piece of it flew off when it was just standing, not in use and no one was near it. The piece holds the flap on the hood up so now it won’t stay up. The whole thing leans and is very wobbly and unstable. I’ve used it three times because i had to until i could get another one and the company will not respond to my emails. I’ve sent at least three in the last 5 days and still no response. It is a dangerous piece of equipment and i have been a professional hairstylist for 20 years. Run! Don’t purchase this! Pass it on!!! Update... i contacted Amazon and they contacted the seller who will not refund me. What an unprofessional company!

I was unsure about purchasing a hair dryer online due to other reviews but the Artist Hand Bonnet Hair Dryer is Awesome.. I love my hair dryer. It was easy to assemble, it is lightweight, and quiet. No problems at all!! My questions were answered immediately, by the seller, they are the best. Oh, I can use the dryer on high or low power (not just an on & off button), it is wonderful!!

I specifically picked this hair dryer because I would be able to set the temp and the fan speed individually. And those things work as expected. It gets hot but not enough to feel my neck or ears burning. Mine doesn't heat evenly on both sides or my hair is thicker on one side vs the other, lol. The assembly was fine, but the instructions weren't so helpful. I was missing the step that showed the small round plastic piece is what separates the spring and the silver pole. It is very lightweight an maneuverable, a bit too lightweight. It starts to tip over when the silver pole is about 2/3rds the way pushed up by the spring. The silver pole leans with the weight of the hood. Since it works as expected and the problems don't severely negatively affect dryng my hair, 3.5 stars Would recommend 👍🏼
