The customer service experience with Artdix was excellent; the seller contacted me for clarification on dimensions, how I planned to mount my shade (I wanted an inside mount that was also dropped down from the top of my window), and also made suggestions for a better fit. I used to sell a high-end brand of custom shades, so am particular. I found these, the reviews were fine, and they could fit my weird two windows and two doors, one metal. Needed to have all of them match and be different widths and lengths. Completely affordable. The company's customer service is stellar-I had some issues through the time I ordered to the time they were to be sent, and they worked with me in a beautiful, positive way. I appreciate the "tester shade" coming so I could see what the whole order would be like. It all is PERFECT, as you can see by the photo. The fabric was very good quality. A neutral linen look in linen color. Very thick material. I ordered the 90% coverage and they block all light. I ordered the outside mount because I do not have room for inside mount with my window style. I chose cordless with no valance and I was happy with that decision. Really high-quality look.
