I have owned several cycling helmets over the years. This one is similar to the type I have owned. I would say the same level of build quality. It feels light and comfortable. Airflow could be better but the same for my other helmets. The visor is the reason i bought this helmet. And it works great. My other helmets had the small visor used on most helmets. Those are of little use. This visor works. And surprisingly going down a hill at 25 mph the visor does not get any noticeable wind effect. The visor is the same quality as my other helmet visor. The helmet has an adjuster in the back that works well. Only issue i have is that it adjusts smaller when I take the helmet off. So each time I put it on i notice it is a little too tight. Easy enough to make a little larger but not sure why it moves each time I take the helmet off. Also, the adjuster can be easily adjusted when it is on your head and your riding the bike. So you can add some comfort when needed and add a little more tension when needed for a fast down hill. Note, the visor has a L sticker on it, that matches the helmet size I ordered. There are two little screws that hold the visor on. While small i, think I like it better than the plastic tabs most helmets use for the visor.

It fits well and is very comfortable. Not sure about the visor when riding a mountain bike. I ride with my upper body leaning forward, not upright, and the visor forces me to lift my head into an uncomfortable position, straining my neck, to see a good distance ahead of me. I would definitely buy again!

Son loved the style and color and fit. Not DOT approved so if you are looking for a DOT approved helmet for example e-bike purposes if your state requires it then look elsewhere. For regular biking purposes excellent buy.
