After multiple teros 12 moisture meters failing. Here we are again with another meter saying unrecognizable device and can't get a reading. Generally the failure seems to happen right at the Aux cord connection where moving around after a fault, it seems to read inconsistently. Buying at least 1 per year which seems ridiculous for a product that cost $500+ everytime. Also aroya wouldnt service or help with this device unless you are receive this device as part of their program. Sad really

I am impressed with how easy this was to get up and running. I mainly use it for reading EC so now I can easily monitor it to avoid issues. Water content may be good for beginners as over watering is the most common mistake a new grower can make. The price may seem high but it only has to save you one time to pay for its self. 5 STARS

I bought this many years ago and have always had issues with the app. Now after working for last 3 months it's back to it's old habbit of not recognizing my internet. It says my internet isn't working when it's running a download speed of 470. Very fast and working fine. I gave up on customer service as they stopped responding after they couldn't figure it out either. I've had this for at least 5yrs and never did they once send an update, Never Don't throw $500 away!!!
