Very happy, as rarely you found this that comes with a stainless steel. Yes, the rice does stick to the bottom but you will get used to it. It washes out once you soak in water for few minutes. I also use it to cook noodles or soup as well. Any left overs you can simply remove the stainless container leave the lid on in the refrigerator and heat it up next day. ... show more

This product is truly unique—it’s the only one I could find that’s free from plastic and safe to use as a rice cooker. After some trial and error, I finally figured out the best way to cook tasty rice with this pot while avoiding steam and water overflow during boiling: First, wait until the water comes to a boil, then position the lid so it’s half open to allow the steam to escape. Next, once most of the water has been absorbed during boiling, switch the setting from “Cook” to “Warm,” fully close the lid, and let it sit in warm mode for about 10 minutes.
