I love this trainer! I saw it all over TikTok and was intrigued and have been using it regularly since I got it. I believe there are definitely physical results, as it offers an easy way to get in a quick work out for your chest with minimal time. It was a little hard on the forearms at first but you learn to adjust and use your chest muscles more with form and it reduces the tension substantially on your arms and you feel it more in the chest. I normally do it right before bed time because of time issues and it also works sideways to use to get in some bicep work. I feel it is definitely more of a toning trainer than a building trainer and that is fine! Plus, being well over 40, sometimes pushups and benchpresses cause extra back issues, so this toning has been most welcome. ... show more

This does definitely not seem legit it says one 9 volt battery required nothing on this looks remotely like it would take a 9 volt battery of all thing does not even show one in the pictures nor a place to put it
