the mighty feat of trying to find a good cat litter. all of the arm and hammer scooping litter is the best. most other brands are too dusty. the clump and seal litter by arm & hammer is 'ok' but it usually costs more so it isnt worth it in my book. we've also tried several light weight formulas and just found bits of all over the entire house. arm & hammer scooping littler is by far the best!!

This stuff works! Had a problem with odor, so switched to this, and it works. I hate having to lug that heavy thing into the basket, into my car, from the car to the house! Now, I can just order it and it's delivered to my door.

I have tried several litters and this is the one that works best for me and my cats needs. This litter works well with the litter genie. Clumps very well. It does track a lot though and pretty far. My cat can track this litter all the way across my apartment. Daily sweeping and vacuuming is needed for me. Odor from the litter is manageable with daily scooping and I only feel to need to change the litter out completely once a week- you could last longer than that but I rather keep a very clean bathroom and the scent blocking abilities of the litter does degrade over time even with spot cleaning. That being said, this is the only litter my special needs cat can use. The litter comes off paws easily and doesn’t stick to fur as badly as many other litters. If you have a physically disabled cat, a kitten still not used to the litter, or an elderly cat this is a good litter if they have a habit with litter getting stuck to them.

They clearly changed the formula. I hate it, doesn't climb as well and cars find large pieces of "sand" uncomfortable, since they whine when they step in. Damm...I've used this litter for bv 3 c as ts over 10 years cuzco it was unscented and my cats liked it. Time to try out some finer grained litters....uck!

I have 2 cats & dislike getting cat litter at the store, carrying it to the car & then into the house. I like Arm & Hammer cat litter. Amazon delivers it to the house-to my front door-so I only have to carry it in the house. I try to order 2 20lb boxes so I can easily carry one in each hand.

I have had cats all my life, mostly outside when I was younger. For the past 25 years my cats have been inside and I've used several different scoopable litters an found only a couple I like. Arm & Hammer was one I chose. When I buy it now (off and on when I'm desperate) there seems to more dust than it used to have. Scent is pleasant and you can smell the clean when you walk in to the room. I clean my boxes (3 cats 3 boxes), every two days and the fresh scent goes ways after the second cleaning. So, my opinion for the amount of dust and scent not lasting it's an ok product.

I gave it a 1 star the "light weight" because it isn't really any lighter than most litter. I'm not a fan of how large the chunks of litter are, it's a little excessive. If you are on a tight budget and need litter quickly it isn't the worst litter ever because it is still arm and hammer. Thankfully unscented. They shouldn't have scented litter anyway it is bad for cats. It is a smaller box than the 28lb or 40lb boxes so yeah it is lightweight in that regard, but you may not be getting as good of a deal than when you buy their bigger boxes. I like some of the other kinds of litter arm and hammer have, but I always go for the cloud free and dust free ones. That will be your best bet.

I'm pretty disappointed in the clumping factor of this brand. It mostly works but not the best for an automatic litter box. I won't purchase again, but I will end up using it all. On the plus side, this has made me figure out how to disassemble my automatic litter box to really clean it. Which is good, because I'll be doing it again pretty soon.
