I really like this, hope it works/lasts well. First use will be end of May. Just got it today and set it up with a 6 inch rise, license plate mount, and trailer hitch lights. Been through 4 other baskets. Harbor freight steel one was too small so sold it. Curt folding one sagged way too much at folding point (never getting a folding one again) and was way too heavy at >60 lbs, sold. Bridgeland aluminim from Home Depot was almost perfect. Nice and light, but wasn't confident in the 4 tiny bolts that connected the basket to the steel base so returned it. Harbor freight aluminum basket was just a mistake plastic corners broke in no time. Almost went for pakmule but I cant justify the 1000+ price for a few times a year use. Didnt want to lose my tongue weight capacity with the Yakima swingbase exo system. This one felt just right. Fixed shank keeps sag minimal, paired with a 6" 500lb riser I get a solid 22" of ground clearance from the end and full use of my liftgate on my 2023 pathfinder RC. Scratched it a few times with metal clamps and its still black. Curt led light strips routed perfectly through the fixed base. Best, possibly also unnerving, part is that its still fairly light weight. Was still able to lift over head and onto garage storage rafter with a 10ft ladder. Connecting points for the bolts feels like a solid connection. Had to clamp down the joining sections since the railing wasnt 100% aligned (like a few mm off) but not too big of an issue. Will update if it ends up being junk.

It came with no nuts and bolts to put together!! They would only offer a $30 credit, which never came. Luckily, the manual had the size of the hardware needed, and I spent $27 at Lowe's for them. Once I had that, it was easy to put together, and sturdy for my 100 pound generator on the carrier on the back of my 5th wheel RV. Get the hitch tightener ... you really need it to be safe.

Fantastic product, Great for my two mobility scooters which I bungee cord together back to back in the center, easy to install and remove. It significantly extends the back of your vehicle, which means it will scrape on driveways that aren't that steep. If you don't already know that because you're not experienced with trailers and such, then you don't know that you need to enter driveways at an angle in order to prevent scraping or worse, getting stuck because your is rear-wheel drive and your one tire that drives is up in the air because all your weight is on what you're towing which is scraped against the asphalt. Enter Driveways slowly And diagonally, remember it can scrape on speed bumps so drive over them. Backup slowly and remember to be careful not to back into anything, And consider it with rear wheel cheat when turning especially while backing. Again, fantastic product. It will hold as much stuff as you can fit on it, just check the tongue weight that your tow hitch can handle, which surprisingly is low for a lot of vehicles because they're designed for pulling trailers not lifting heavy things. My SUV can handle 500 lb. Also their reflective tape is complete garbage. You will have to buy your own. I even bought trailer lights which I will zip tie on to the corners so nobody has an excuse when they rear end me.

This rack is amazingly well built. Studier than expected! Great welds. Very easy to assemble since it comes with all the hardware you need. I sat in it and it easily accommodated a 200 lb person without bending or making any noises. I bolted this to the tongue of my travel trailer after cutting off the excess receiver bar. It is very secure, used stainless steel U Bolts. Though the manufacturer did not recommend this application, it worked exactly as I wanted. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous receiver rack, built well, easy to assemble, carries a lot of gear. But why would you not engineer a threaded hitchpin bolt into it? Why force every user to buy an additional aftermarket product when you could just as easily have added a threaded hitchpin bolt like other receiver rack manufacturers.
