  • Well made and worth the price
Was not sure if ordering a snow blower on Amazon was the way to go but the Big box stores where back ordered so I took a chance. Even though it seemed to be higher priced online when I factored in the delivery and shipping costs tax It was about 30 dollar difference I applied for the Amazon Card and received 70 off instantly So price made sense. The machine came sooner than expected The delivery was smoothe Dropped inside my garage Was easy to assemble with help from You- tube step by step video. CAme just in time for a 10 inch slow fall Did the whole driveway in 20 min . Well built and high quality. This is my first snow blower I researched this brand and I am happy with my purchase.. ... show more

  • Good quality, but mine was missing parts
You can tell this thing is quality as soon as you put your hands on it. Easy to assemble, it’s really just three pieces that need screwed on or attached in order to fit it in the box. My only gripe is that after assembling I noticed an open panel on the back of the snowblower. It’s a sheet metal covering that wasn’t finished being bent into place and was missing the bolts and zip nuts to secure it. Quick trip to the hardware store fixed it right up, but for $1,300 I kind of expected better quality control. I’d still recommend this product. Just look over it when you’re finished assembling so that you’re not missing anything! ... show more

  • Bought new from lowes, leaked gas and cable popped off after third use
The media could not be loaded. Just as the title says, we used it in the snow three seperate days just this winter. We always store it inside the garage. We smell gas filling up the garage before we use it a third time yesterday. Went to push the primer in and gas leaks out of the blue around the primer area. We try to look under but nothing is clear exactly where it's coming from, everything generally looks secure, but there's a lot of leakage. We say screw this, we're bringing this thing back to lowes and we're getting something else, so before we do that we finish off the driveway and not even 10min into this, the drive cable pops off out of nowhere and the drive no longer works. I screwed the thing back ok, but who the heck puts these things together at the factory? I have some serious doubts about the conditions there. Probably underpaid and disgruntled employees or some sort slave labor at these places. Is everyone just selling unfinished garbage these days? Leaky fridges that are brand new and highly rated, leaking front load washers on the first day of delivery, leaking snowblowers the third usage? Kidding me. Not putting up with this bs anymore. Only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because when the machine works, we thought highly of it. We liked the looks, operation, controls, the power, the awd option. Ours didn't work out so back to the store it's going. I would chuck this thing off the end of a truck into the store's lot if I could get away with it just to show them how pissed of we and everyone else gets when this bs happens over and over. Get your crap together ariens or whatever behind the scene manufacturer actual makes these things. People are tired of this bs. ... show more
