I hate to admit defeat but these boots are terrible. After a couple of days they already looked like they were months old. I haven’t had an issue with the soles like other people, but these are supposed to be waterproof and after only a month my feet are getting soaked. They are comfortable and light, but for the price you should just find some better boots. I’m sticking with Danner and thorogood
