I purchased this item because our kitchen floor (LVP) was falling apart and we could not afford to buy replacement flooring right now. This covers the damage and makes the damaged floor less noticeable. i would think it would be nice to protect a floor from damage instead of covering it up.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product, as there are not many reviews. However, I am very pleasantly surprised with the quality! I have a similar product from a big name brand, and while the big name brand has a much more rigid feel and did not have a tendency to want to roll at the corners like this product did the first few days, this has been holding up beautifully, and its taking a LOT of abuse from my family of 7! I HIGHLY recommend this product! It is doing a fantastic job protecting my floor from the kid messes!

This was one of my better purchases since every time I wanted to pull out or push in my chair in the kitchen the chair would get stuck in the grout lines and was getting quite annoying.now it’s a breeze. The only downside was the edges would not stay flat even after cutting to size(which was pretty easy) the remedy was double sided clear tape! Voilà!

This is a plastic floor cover/protector used to keep your floor from being damaged. This one is smooth on both sides making it the one you use on hardwood flooring, tiles and cement. The plastic mats with little bubbles on backside are for use on carpet, but we did use this on a worn-out carpet for a month and the chair slide perfectly plus the mat stayed in that area even without the tabs on the underside. It's not too thick and flattens out after a few days, 5 stars.

This floor proector arrives tightly rolled and very hard to flatten! I solved the flattening issue by sliding it (with a lot of effort) under a large and heavy area rug for a couple of weeks to ensure there would be no curled edges and no tripping hazards. It works great under the wide sit-stand desk. It is a clear solution to protect the hardwood floor not only from the heavy desk legs, but also, it is large enough to extend beyond the workstation and protects the floor from the constant movements of the chair.
