It works
Size: Chill Zone XL
It works , blows cool air , put chilled water , cannot ask for more because of the price , works best in a small space In the video , setting is at the lowest fan speed , set it at low to keep the water last longer

A very mediocre product - save your money
Size: Chill Zone XL
Review Image by Hánnah
EDIT: Coming back to drop this review to one star, because after a week of not using it I turned the unit on only to find that all of the misters have stopped working entirely. I bought this to help take the edge off during a heat wave, and while it serves the purpose okay, it's an irritating little thing. Very poor design for the water tank- you cannot remove it, and it can only be filled directly from the top of the unit by pouring water into the embarrassingly small opening between the fan chambers. So unless you have an exceptionally steady hand expect it to leak while you're refilling. The misting fans on mine became faulty after only ONE DAY of regular use. I had to fiddle with them for a few minutes before they started producing vapor again. Very disappointing results from a nearly $80 product, absolutely not worth the money. ... show more

You will, lol freez, put it on your night stand right to you
Size: Chill Zone XL
It was still 80 degrees , in Calif at night, went in room, turned it on next to my bed lol, had to turn it off me so cold, blow on my legs lol still can get cold, for a fraction of the price, you might pay for an air conditioner

It worked until it didnt
Size: Chill Zone XL
I can still use it but the misting part stopped working within 4 days. It did a pretty good job with the help of my other artic air jet on the other side. I live in Missouri and it does get humid, it be great if it had the option of turning the mister off and on. LOL mine is off for good... but be nice if you had the choice. It's pretty small for the cost as well. Also be great if you could buy additional Ice racks for all of the artic airs. The Jet is far louder than this XL. I am not sure there is anything XL about the size or the power. Just moves... which is cool almost all the way around and back. ... show more

Excellent, small yet powerful personal AC cooler. A carry on handle would be nice.
Size: Chill Zone XL
Update after 2 weeks: After being sparingly used for 2 weeks, one of the three micro fans stopped working, and returning to get a new one. The cooling impact is good. It sounds a bit more than other products I have, but that's not a big deal. My other unit does not have oscillation, and that is a big plus for this product. I just used it in my office instead of AC for the entire floor. It has Good Cooling effects and saves money from running AC for the entire floor. Handle to carry around for this light unit would make the product complete. Surprised to see no easy way to carry this everywhere. That is a shame on the designer. Otherwise, all good ( at least for now ). It is better to go with 2 year warranty when you buy. Enjoy and beat the summer!! ... show more

Cheap Gimmick, Corporate Cash Grab
Size: Chill Zone XL
Review Image by Bob S.
The first iteration of this product was amazing. This "New" XL version is an abomination intentionally designed to break the moment any water manages to spill out of the water basin. The electronics are installed near the opening of the water basin, and the only way to fill the basin is to pour water down a poorly designed opening 6 inches from the top, through a slit about as wide as an inch. But if your hand twitches and you miss even a splash of water down this single access point. The electronics fry and the water vaporizer stops working. Absolutely do not be fooled by this cheap gimmick. ... show more

lifesaver in the heat
Size: Chill Zone XL
This machine is an absolute lifesaver during the heat waves we've been having! If you follow the instructions it works like a charm. I set it up on my work desk and it kept my space very cool and pleasant! Features: -Unnecessary but fun led light feature (you can change between several different colors) -Different levels of coolness and power Recommendations: -Freeze the block for at least an hour to make it last longer -Check on your water levels for the machine. At second power (and no boost) the water was almost out in a couple of hours for me, so I had to refill if I was using it for my entire work day. Overall, really great purchase. I was very pleased and grateful! ... show more

Chill Zone XL - Nearly worthless
Size: Chill Zone XL
The product has a mild cooling effect when you are in the direct path - I experienced this turning on and off the "cool" mode. It won't cool your room, but it does at least help a single part of your body. The really bad thing about this product is the fan. It's a basic 2-wire computer fan that's attached inside and speed is varied by voltage change. The fan is the absolute worst noise I have ever heard from a fan, and I could not fall asleep naturally while I could hear the fan. If I had to make this product work for me, I would disassemble it and replace the fan with a computer fan that did not make an absurd amount of noise. Product earned 1 star from me for its actual cooling performance, which did exist but was not revolutionary. I returned this item. ... show more
