I've worked in the automotive industry for 30+ years. (yeah I'm old!) I've always had access to 4 post lift, jacks, whatever I needed. Once I retired and swore I would never work on a car again I soon found myself wanting access to a jack cause no one can do things to my picky satisfaction. I didn't want to spend several hundred dollars on a jack I would use a few time a year so I jumped on this deal. Of course in a short time my neighbors wanted things done on their cars so the jack has seen more use than expected. It's been a short time but it has functioned flawlessly. Haven't used it but seems of quality. I'll come back to update my review once I rotate my tires sucks that it didn't come in perfect condition. I know it's gonna get scratched and banged up eventually but I rather it be me doing it! Just wanted to appreciate something NEW while it lasts.

Has great power however I thought with it being aluminum it would be lighter. I also own the solid steel 3 ton jack and this one is slightly lighter and has the additional handles to carry and move being a nice improvement along with the quick handle detach makes it nice for storing. Will buy another shortly ... show more

Worked in a family tire shop for many years and needed something at the house to rotate summer, winter tires. Also elevate two Honda vehicles onto blocks for oil changes. It is heavy duty, probably more than what I needed but it checked all the boxes.

Used this to jack up a Tesla Model Y Performance to swap out wheels for the winter - needed no effort to hoist that beast up in the air (use jack pucks!) to be able to switch out both wheels at the same time.
