I like the graphics and it pairs well with my Galaga arcade machine. The stool is sturdy and appears to be of good quality. I took off one star because of it being advertised as adjustable. I figured it was going to have a lever to adjust to multiple heights like an office chair, the stool comes with 4 leg extenders and bolts so it’s either one height or the other and you would have to disassemble each time you want to adjust the height. ... show more

The seat cushion is hard. The holes that attach the seat to the stool legs are not properly cut so the artwork sits aligned with the legs. They are just drilled and tapped in any pattern. This is in both stools I purchased. This would be fine if the stool swiveled, but it is a fixed cushion. I would just buy standard stools next time to go with the Arcade 1up cabinets. It arrived with the bottom extension legs and screws to insert them onto the stool unable to screw or tighten properly. I got ahold of Arcade 1up directly, and they assured me they'd fix the problem and send out replacement parts. A week later they send me something for a unit I don't even own. Bad description...it reads as if you can adjust the height FROM 21.5” TO 29.5”. It’s EITHER 21.5” OR 29.5”!!! Not happy with this!!! I thought that this would be the perfect gaming stool for my entire family with a range of adjustable heights. Furthermore, the craftsmanship is a little shoddy. I bought 2 stools; on one stool, the legs line up with the image on the seat...on the other, it doesn’t line up well at all. In addition, the provided “shims” were not sufficient for the off-cut legs. The only good quality (that seems to be good right now) is the image on the seat. Even the seat doesn’t seem to have good padding for long periods of gaming. I’m thinking of returning these stools; too expensive for such shoddy craftsmanship!!! ... show more

Meh. The artwork on the seat looks great, but everything else is mediocre at best. Many of the screws had incomplete threads, and several of the legs had oversized female threads. Fortunately, I had access to more screws, but I had to wrap several with Teflon tape to get them to tighten up. I don't have high expectations that this stool will last very long. ... show more

The stool top would not screw down as the bolts had fallen inside. Not a good design. Tried to contact the manufacturer and support was not existent. Do not recommend. Cheaply built and not worth the price. Manufacturer refused to do anything.
