Great set for the price

Love this set! Bought it a few months ago and I use it everyday. Food comes out great. With a little Bar Keepers Friend, they continue to look brand new. If other commenters are complaining about food sticking it's because they're using it wrong. Cooking on stainless steel is very specific.

Bean counters strike again
Size: 10-Piece Set
Cost-cutting has resulted in a disappointingly mediocre product. Compared to our older Calphalon triply pans, these are noticeably thinner, lighter and have cheap hollow handles (probably necessary to avoid tipping over). I’ve had to file several razor sharp edges on the handles, and trapped water inevitably drips on the floor when they come out of the dishwasher. Aside from two older Calphalon (Classic and Contemporary tri-ply) saucepans, our “store brand” tri-ply cookware developed rounded bottoms, causing them to spin around on the glass cooktop. Since this hadn’t happened to the Calphalons, we decided to go with them for a full replacement set. The older Calphalons felt substantial and durable and had solid metal handles. These feel cheap and flimsy by comparison. Pros: The included sizes cover most of our needs, though a colander/steamer insert would have been nice. They look good. They heat quickly, but likely due to lack of material. Handle shape is comfortable and wide enough for stability. Induction ready, unlike our old ones. Cons: Thin construction makes them feel cheap and delicate compared to prior versions. Hollow handles trap water and have some sharp edges. Small handles on stockpot get very hot and put fingers too close to pot. None of the saucepan lids fit the small frying pan, which is irritating. Food sticks more to these than the old ones, but maybe I have to adjust my technique (I’ve cooked on stainless steel for 40+ years) I will update this review if things go south from here.

Everything Sticks / Leaves Stains

This is a worthless set of cooking pots and pans. Everything sticks to it. Rice, eggs and even milk! It takes a lot of effort scrubbing these pots and pans to remove stuck food. They stain easily and stains cannot be removed. This purchase was a waste of my money. I do not recommend this product.

Very good set for avid cooks.

Great set for recreational experienced cooks. The pans are easy to clean and use if taken care of properly. This is my first stainless steel set, as I got tired of having to replace nonstick pans every couple of years. I definitely recommend 3 ply over 1 ply if you cook often and enjoy making advanced recipes. They should last a long time if you remember to preheat the pans, then put in oil, and don't put the heat above medium for skillets.
