My box was damaged, and my unit appears used. I had an emergency so I used it anyway. It works fine, and it's sturdy, but the power supply does not indicate when it is charging. I am willing to keep the unit, but I need a fully working power supply. I have called Invacare customer service for two weeks, and they are never open, nor do they list their hours.     • Cover snap in rear of seat rubbed pressure sore

The chair is very good for getting a bath for my daughter, BUT the cover has a snap in the middle of the seat in back that rubbed a pressure sore on her rear. The first pressure sore ever. We have been weeks getting it to heal, and cannot contact anyone to complain. Very frustrating

Assembly and installation was a breeze. It worked perfectly. It seem well made. Hope the rechargeable battery lasts... time will tell. One complaint. It does not have a charge level indicator. Just a single LED that is supposed to turn on when charging and turn off when fully charged. So no way to know how much charge is left. For the price, i think they could do better. ... show more

The grinding noise turned out to be a problem with the chair sliding in its groove. Vaseline solve the problem. If you have trouble with this chair it’s between you and Amazon. The five year warranty is not worth of paper it is written on. Update:? The Vaseline did not help for long. The chair is back to grinding and moaning. Amazon buys this chair from Invicare, but it is made in Germany. It is a good product except for this issue. This is my second chair as Amazon replaced it once. What you need to know that other than Amazon there is no support for this product. Invicare will do Absolutely nothing. The three-year warranty is meaningless. ... show more
