    • Great product

Installation was straightforward and simple. You have to ensure you get the right groove when attaching the bypass to prevent leakage, but the issue is very prominent and easy to identify. The materials used are very durable and well-constructed.

    • Satisfied
Size: 50,000 Grains
The initial water was a little yellow and had a little smell. I guess that was probably the resin. After a couple of days, the water cleared up. The softener solves my water hardness issue. I don’t see deposits on my faucet, plates n shower doors anymore.

    • Do not recommend! Capacity far lower than claimed
Size: 50,000 Grains
I bought this softener to replace an all in one Morton M30 softener that worked fine, but I wanted something with larger capacity. My city water is very hard (>20GPG) and this unit is rated for 50000 grains (20000 grains more than the Morton). Installation was straightforward, and I configured it to run a regeneration interval based on 3100 gallons used, using the calculations in the manual based on my very hard water. At first the water was great and soft. However, after a while hard water spots were appearing on faucets, shower doors, and on my glassware out of the dishwasher. The water softener still had plenty of gallons of capacity left according to the display. I reconfigured the softener down to 2500 gallons and forced a regeneration. Now, on this new cycle I still have 500 gallons left in the cycle and the water at the tap is getting hard again. I will have to reconfigure the softener to regenerate every 2000 gallons, which is less than the setting of the previous much smaller Morton. I should have just stuck with that one. This one definitely isn't delivering on the claimed capacity. ... show more

Size: 50,000 Grains
Review Image by Lorna N.
Really love the system. I am in no way a plumber but my wife and I tackled this on a Saturday with no experience. Very great instructions, customer service is insanely good! Warning if you request a 3/4” yoke, it doesn’t come with instructions. I’d recommend using the supplied 1” yoke and implementing adapters if using pex barbed fittings. Our water quality has improved significantly. We saved thousands, if we can do it, you can do it! ... show more

    • Nice kit, easy to install, DIY ok with some special tools
Size: 50,000 Grains
Review Image by indzara besic
The kit came earlier that initially estimated. Good set of instructions for installation and the initial set up. It took two of us 3-4 hours to complete install since water needed to be rerouted some, there was no outlet nearby, so some electrical work as well. Initial flush and bringing it up and running once powered takes another two hours (mainly waiting for it to do it's thing). Looks good and works well so far. ... show more
