Excellent water filter for the ice maker. Fits just like a Culligan Filter. Easy to change and the water is clear and pure. Highly recommend this product! Size is much bigger than a EZ1, but, it fits just fine.

    • UPDATE - Seems INadequate
UPDATE: 04/18/2019 We installed a second one of these after 6 months. Within a short time it began leaking badly. We didn't discover it right away - being under the sink it was easy to miss. We had a huge mess to clean up. Had to order the name brand at a much higher price. The slightly lower price IS NOT WORTH it. QC seems bad since our experience is now a 50% fail rate. Of course the "return window" was closed so this was a $40 lesson. Maybe you will get lucky but this fail rate is too high for us to chance it. It's been about a month since o replaced the "name brand" filter with this one. The taste of the water is good. It fits exactly like the OEM with no leaks. Flow rate is higher so I suspect the filtration is less but I don't know that. I have not had the water tested to lend any credence to my suspicions.
