Bought and installed this in February after my electric 50gal water heater caught fire. It uses standard natural gas lines, and plugs into a 120v outlet. It’s fantastic- produces an endless amount of hot water immediately. Had a problem with it getting to light up initially (it’s automatic, you just plug it in and give it gas) but that was because my water line downstream from the heater was occluded and not flowing enough water to trip the sensor. After changing the faucet and shower hardware, it’s been working flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Endless hot water

Our old water heater tank finally gave out, and the plumber recommended going tankless. We were a little nervous at first: would the water flow be strong enough? Would it stay hot? But honestly, it’s been flawless. We run two showers plus the kitchen sink at the same time with zero flow drop. No more keeping 50 gallons heated 24/7, it save our energy bills. Also , the size of the machine is so small, just mounts on the wall, which freed up tons of space compared to my old tank. The app control is a plus, I can bump up the temp from my phone before jumping in the shower with enjoy the endless hot water. This is way better than those clunky tanks.

Can I do less than 1 star? If I could I would. Don't waste yout time on this. Warms water nicely if 65 degree water is your goal. Only to have to buy another heater. 140k btu? Weird because the 80k I had actually got hot water. Clearly doesn't work so it should be able to be returned. Nope, so I just wasted $. Total scam product.

Why did we wait so long! Love this! We live off grid and shower like we are in a camper, 5 minutes, but boy this truly gives you more time in the shower, it fills a bathtub easy with no crazy business, my kiddos shower after me in a row and it goes and goes! Wow! We’ve had other instant water heaters and this one is no funny business. Duh, for those who believe they should have everything and more, this is a small instant propane water heater and we do not push it on and on thinking it’s god somehow, but it works for what it is supposed to (showers, baths, dishes, laundry) and we are thankful everyday!

quality, price and ease of install

Ordered 11/8/25 delivered 11/10/25. Product appears to be solid. Bought everything to install and prepped for installation. completed install 11/12/25 only two visits to supply house my fault. Fired right up hot water almost immediately. Had a few questions and emailed customer service and they responded within 24hrs. Only wish they had a chat function or phoneline CSR. the only issue I have had is setting up the recirculation, so I don't have to wait for cold water in the lines to heat. Other than that, so far happy with this product. I'll have to wait a little while to see if I get and negatives. Oh, one other issue. After I purchased and installed this unit it went on sale on black Friday for 112.00 less. Think someone would have known and let me know to wait a couple weeks. Trying to see if maybe I can get some type of credit. Will let you know. I would recommend this to anyone, and install is easy if you are a good DIYer. If not, the savings might pay for the professional installer.

Unit not large enough for a Tub alone never the less adding a shower and running hot water to sinks!

We could not get enough hot water to fill a bath tub to a high enough temperature to take a bath. I certainly can’t see heater being large enough? We had a professional plumber install our system and he said the system is too small for our home. They advertise it suppling enough hot water for 2 showers and two sinks! The plumber questioned that statement? I would like to return for full refund! I have called the company and they told me to contact Amazon and start the return process?
