Bought and installed this in February after my electric 50gal water heater caught fire. It uses standard natural gas lines, and plugs into a 120v outlet. It’s fantastic- produces an endless amount of hot water immediately. Had a problem with it getting to light up initially (it’s automatic, you just plug it in and give it gas) but that was because my water line downstream from the heater was occluded and not flowing enough water to trip the sensor. After changing the faucet and shower hardware, it’s been working flawlessly. Highly recommend.

We could not get enough hot water to fill a bath tub to a high enough temperature to take a bath. I certainly can’t see heater being large enough? We had a professional plumber install our system and he said the system is too small for our home. They advertise it suppling enough hot water for 2 showers and two sinks! The plumber questioned that statement? I would like to return for full refund! I have called the company and they told me to contact Amazon and start the return process?

Got this late Feb 2026. A week prior, I bought a Gasland 199BTU unit and it was very sporadic and temperamental. Amzn took the return so I tried this 140BTU model. We have a home with 2 bathrooms, but just wife and self. It has performed flawlessly. Hope it continues. Very simple install. It is inst in the crawlspace beneath the house.

Can I do less than 1 star? If I could I would. Don't waste yout time on this. Warms water nicely if 65 degree water is your goal. Only to have to buy another heater. 140k btu? Weird because the 80k I had actually got hot water. Clearly doesn't work so it should be able to be returned. Nope, so I just wasted $. Total scam product.

Why did we wait so long! Love this! We live off grid and shower like we are in a camper, 5 minutes, but boy this truly gives you more time in the shower, it fills a bathtub easy with no crazy business, my kiddos shower after me in a row and it goes and goes! Wow! We’ve had other instant water heaters and this one is no funny business. Duh, for those who believe they should have everything and more, this is a small instant propane water heater and we do not push it on and on thinking it’s god somehow, but it works for what it is supposed to (showers, baths, dishes, laundry) and we are thankful everyday!
