Also, the iPad Pro is capable of editing 4K video, rendering 3D models/images, creating/editing complex documents and presentations, and playing games. The product that I recived was inspected by Prime Mobility. I was desperately needing an ipad for work, because I was having a hard time turning sheet music pages during recording sessions without making any sound. So, i had to get an ipad for this purpose. I was expecting a really scratched up ipad and disfunctional touch screen and short batrery life, but no... this renewed model was like new! Whomever the previous owner was took a really REALLY good care of it. Zero scratch on the back, barely any mark on the edges (maybe a tiny few "dots" and "lines" from dust). One corner has a ding but it was not noticeable at all, I actually had to purposely find flaws to see it... I would probably make that same ding sometime down the line. The charger is not included. When i received the ipad, it was at about 49%. It lasted pretty long. I charged it again with my Samsung charger and it was super slow. I think the wattage might not be right so will need to find appropriate charger later. Overall, I am super happy with the quality and the conditon of the ipad. Thank you Prime Mobility! I purchased refurbished apple iPad Pro 2017 12.9 in. with 256gb. And what a hell of a time I had trying to set it up!’was unable to get on my home internet even though I followed all the prompts. I had to use my hotspot. Then started receiving messages that memory was almost @4.89 gb. What happened to the 256gb! Then messages said the iOS needed to be updated but couldn’t do that either because you need a computer I don’t have a computer! I had to make an appointment with an Apple Store which there are only 2 in my state! They fixed the issues. Awesome techs❤️. Sellers please at least update the ios what a frustrating inconvenient, time consuming experience. However the iPad's screen ,responsiveness, color and sound are very good. ... show more

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’d give 10 stars if I could. Arrived in what appeared to be brand new condition. Very happy with this purchase! FOLLOW-UP: I'd give zero stars if I could... I used this iPad for about 6 months when I noticed it began having issues restarting. The screen would flash then go black for a couple days without notice, even after attempting a hard restart and plugging it in to my Mac. It would eventually power back on so I always attributed the issue to the iPad running software updates. It only happened a few times and I really didn't think much of it at first. Several months ago I ran into the same issue, only this time the iPad never restarted. I attempted updating the iOS manually by hooking up the iPad to my Mac - nothing. I tried restoring the iPad to factory settings - nothing. I plugged it into various outlets using various charging cords and plugs - BIG FAT NOTHING. When I reached out to the seller, they said there was nothing they could do because I was outside of their 90-day warranty. The seller encouraged me to buy ANOTHER refurbished/renewed iPad from them because "it is unlikely you would have another issue. 98% of our iPads are in 100% working order." If they are that confident about their inventory, then I feel they should make this right instead of shrugging and saying it's too bad I was unlucky enough to get one of their garbage iPads from the 2% that DON'T work. I recently took the iPad in to a local repair shop where they sent it off for a diagnostic. The last several months being without it has slowed down my workflow and irritated me to no end, especially when it worked so beautifully before. I'm designer/illustrator and rely a lot on the iPad for both personal and professional work. When I finally heard from the shop 2 weeks later, they said there were several issues with the motherboard and that they were unable to repair it. I would need to ship it to New York where I found a company who could recover my files. I would encourage ANYONE looking to invest longterm in an iPad to buy new. BUY NEW. Apple has a 1-year warranty on their products - don't risk buying a refurb when they can't stand by their work. Especially when you're not saving that much money anyway! Just don't risk it...
