Unlike some of the other replacement clips out there, these are made of hard as opposed to flexible plastic, and therefore more likely to break over time if you take your blinds on and off regularly. Painters employed to paint house before I bought it lost valance boards and clips. No store seems to carry them anymore but I had one to use as a sample and matched this up with it. Ordered new valance boards from a company that makes them and sent them a photo. Got 10 windows done for a small price. My windows look finished and neat. Not a fan of wood blinds but with new valance boards, tassels and cord wranglers, I can live with the clean, finished look for less than $75.

The valances that came with our 2-1/2" blinds have fallen off their velcro attachments so many times they just stopped sticking altogether. We tried super glue on the velcro tape and new velcro tape to no avail. These clear plastic blind clips sit right in the box at the top of our blinds (where the turning mechanisms and string tops hide). I was able to use 2 clips per blind and fix 3 blinds with fallen valances. They look so much better now!

These clips serve a terrific purpose as a replacement for blind valances. I didn’t know you could even purchase these clips, but it saved my self a lot of aggravation to replace the valance instead of having to replace everything with shutters. Awesome.
