This MacBook was bought last October. The laptop has been rendered useless shortly after the return window has closed. The battery barely holds, and the software is outdated. Nowhere in here did it state I would be buying a 2011 MacBook! That was deceiving! I can’t get something simple like Word installed because it’s outdated! I’ve reached out to Apple support to see if they would even consider giving some form of credit for an upgrade. Needless to say, it’s “too old and not worth a penny but they’d be more than happy to recycle the laptop” for me. Amazon should do the right think and replace this for me! Battle died after charging when I opened the package, and used a total of less than 3hrs, dead dead, like even plugged in would not turn on, the Apple Store would not change the battery, so i bought one on-line and changed it myself

Runs great look ok someone put a sticker cover over the top and bottom maybe to hide the scratches not shore but it’s ok. Hard drive was replaced but ram wasn’t so got that done, battery was weak so had to replace that. This MacBook was a great purchase for me I’m very pleased.

Lo unico malo es que no se deja actualizar (ya miraré q hago). Pantalla: excelente Sonido: Bueno Carcasa: Buena (se observa una hendidura, que igual no se ve de lejos) bateria: buena (cerca al 75-80%) Recomendable 100% por el precio.
