  • So far so good.
Set: 6-Core 3.5 32GB Memory / 1TB SSD
I have not had any issues with my recording software using this Mac Pro. The only thing that made me take notice is when I sat the Mac on a shelf with a low ceiling top shelf covering the unit; I noticed that the unit got hot and the fan ran continuously until I gave it more space. I would definitely not allow type MAc Pro to have shelving or in any closed in proximity to avoid overheating the unit. ... show more

  • Up to date Hard and Software.
Set: 6-Core 3.5 32GB Memory / 1TB SSD
I disliked the fact of it being Renewed and quite a bit older. Apple has a habit of ending software support as their hardware ages. I am still waiting for my Refund.

  • Very satisfied with purchase!
Set: 6-Core 3.5 16GB Memory / 256GB SSD
I shopped really hard on this item, was particular in what I wanted (needed) and the price I was prepared to pay. I will admit to some reluctance on the "older computer" aspects of this epic design ...after always wanting one... The computer arrived unexpectedly fast, was packed well and in good shape (ya never know). It booted right up in Monterey 12.6, after running diagnostics, first aid checks, it prompted for update to update it. It runs like new... I am super happy with my purchase! ... show more

  • Recibí más de lo que compré
Set: 6-Core 3.5 16GB Memory / 256GB SSD
¡Gracias! --- I bought a Mac Pro 2013 Apple Mac Pro MD878LL/A (Renewed) with 16 GB of RAM and the one that arrived has 32 GB. I bought it with a 256 GB SSD and the one I received has a 500 GB SSD. Two more details. 1. I bought this Mac without a mouse or keyboard and when I received the package and opened it, surprise! It included a nearly new keyboard and mouse. 2. It arrived a day earlier than promised. wow! I can say that I have never had such a satisfying shopping experience. I was thinking of buying a new keyboard and mouse and buying a 500 SSD and 16 GB of RAM to increase the RAM and storage capacity, I saved several hundred dollars. Thanks! ... show more

  • An oldie but goodie !!
Set: 6-Core 3.5 32GB Memory / 1TB SSD
Once in awhile you seem to just stumble into something nice. Something nice you would like to have bought ten years ago. I finally bought one. Hooked that puppy up and it just works !! It's funny but I just don't care that it's not updated any more.

  • I'm very happy with this machine.
Set: 6-Core 3.5 16GB Memory / 256GB SSD
The basic configuration that this computer came with was too light for the work I was doing. Mostly word processing and audio editing with some scanning of documents. It came with 16 GB of ram and a 256GB SSD. I had the machine a month, and I wondered if upgrading was something I needed to do and, if it was, how much additional ram and HD space would suit me, now and in the future, as I expected my needs to change. After much research, I purchased a 64GB Ram kit and a 1TB SSD. Both purchases have shown improvements in performance and––in an area, I'd come to realize was a problem—cooling. The machine in the prior configuration would get hot to the touch after only a few minutes of use. I believed the ram, and the drive was working overtime because it was barely enough to run the computer. When I got 64GB of ram and added a 1TB SSD with a heat sync, the difference was apparent. It was much cooler to the touch, and it ran better. I used the Blackmagic HD test program, and I was quite pleased with the results. My recommendation? It is a great machine; however, if you want to do any CPU-intensive work, think strongly about upgrading the ram and the SSD. I spent about $400 on upgrades. Had I purchased the upgraded computer, I would have spent a little more, so I did the upgrades myself. You'll need to decide that for yourself. All I'm saying is that I believe you'll be glad you upgraded the hardware. ... show more

  • Looks Brand-New, Great Value
Set: 6-Core 3.5 16GB Memory / 256GB SSD
I got this from All Out Apple. The unit was well-packed and is in perfect condition. An added bonus was it came with 32GB memory and a 512GB SSD! I had already bought a 64K RAM set but I'm sticking with the installed Apple SSD rather than fiddle with adding the NVMe SSD I had for that purpose. This combo makes it much faster than my iMac 2015 with a quad-core CPU and 7,200 RPM HDD. The unit came with MacOs 10.12 Sierra. I thought I might have problems upgrading to 10.15 Catalina since Sierra came out before the switch to APFS, but it worked better than my upgrades from Mojave. A common problem I've had with other Mac refurbs existed here, viz. no recovery partition, but the Catalina install app fixed that so I don't have to do a slow Internet recovery. I just installed xcode 11 and it's much faster than on my iMac. I'm looking forward to much faster build and iOS simulator boot times. While I wish it had Thunderbolt 3 and more USB ports I'm pretty confident it will work just fine as a coding and build system. This is a great Mac Pro for the price! ... show more

  • Great price, and working great so far.
Set: 6-Core 3.5 32GB Memory / 1TB SSD
This was a great find for me. My second laptop in as many years was failing on me. So I decided to bump up to a Mac Pro. Got this one with 32gb of memory. Ordered another 32gb of memory and it's running great! My only real criticism at this point would be the packaging. A flimsy cardboard box, with no padding, and just a foam bag over the computer itself. It was really poorly packed considering the pricing and the product. ... show more
