I'm still and Ipod guy. (BTW, have heard that Apple is phasing out Itunes in the next few years). My older Ipods have gone bad, and can't be fixed. I've taken a chance on refurbished ones before, but not often happy (the batteries won't take a charge, or they are not compatible with my library). This one seems to work just fine. I was super excited when this came in so that I can start using it immediately as I exercise, online this Nano looked very big but when I got it, it was very small!! That was a little disappointing, but it still deserves five stars because overall it's functional and crystal clear

Dear Sir Shortly after my son began using the iPod there was an intermittent problem with the earbud plugs giving a full sound. We changed earbuds and it seemed to work better but now has completely stopped functioning. I realize this is past the 30 day return policy but since it is defective can it be returned for a replacement ?
