I purchased the 14 pro max unlocked. It came exactly as advertised. The phone is in great shape, there is only one tiny scratch on the screen but you have to look for it to see it. The rest of the phone is in perfect condition. As others have said, you can see they cleaned around the cameras but they didn't do a great job. The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx's problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it's fine, I have chargers at home. Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn't use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there's nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that's a hardware issue. As of right now, I've had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It's extremely frustrating because I don't/can't fork out $700 for another phone. As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states "100%" and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they're more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can't say that I'll buy another phone on Amazon. I'll probably do what I should've done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple. ... show more

The listing said ‘excellent,’ but the actual condition is closer to good or acceptable. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being brand new), I’d rate it a 6 due to dents on the camera and a worn/discolored screen bezel. The battery health is also at 86%, which is below what I’d expect for something described as excellent — ideally it should be at least 88–90%, since anything lower usually indicates heavier prior use. Bought this iPhone 14 Pro MAX 128GB Unlocked Deep Purple for my little brother. Was going to try the premium but don't want to be spending too much, so I went with the "Renewed Excellent" one instead. When it arrived, there was an after market charging cable with it. It has USB Type A To Lightning Cable + the iPhone itself. I took the iPhone out and observed it. It has some minor cosmetic defects in it. A few in the corner of the iPhone. But, once you put a phone case over it, you won't notice it. I asked him if he mind it, he said it's fine. One concern of mine was also the battery health percentage. It came with a detailed note on the iPhone saying "86%" battery health. After turning the phone on and backing up to his latest backup and get into the phone, first thing I did was went into it and check the battery health percentage. It's not that bad, but not that great either. If only it was slightly higher, like 90%, it would've been "excellent." But, again, he does not mind it. So, for now, I won't be returning it. Hopefully, there won't be anything major wrong with it that we currently don't know of. Also, I checked the serial number on a website to see if it's authentic Apple Product. It is. The AppleCare showed up, so I would assumed it is. But, anyway, this is my honest review on this purchased. Thank you. Sorry, did not take any picture or photos. ... show more
