I bought this to use with a Matterport camera (3D imaging-- check me out at The Handbuilt City, or handbuiltcity dot org!) and have not been disappointed one bit, either in terms of product quality, battery life, or other functionality. There are a number of products that Amazon sells, typically through third parties, with dubious track records, whether phones or computers. But this isn't one of them. Screen was perfect (I added a tempered glass protector and got a pretty beefy case because I am using this to climb up dark church steeples and stuff), and no issues with software, hardware, or charging. The included USB was not the original, but both it and the charger worked fine. I've been using it for about a charge each day when working, and the battery life is VERY impressive. I’m really happy. The iPad has only one little tiny scratch in the top border that i will never see again as I’m always usin it with a logi keyboard. I bought it as an emergency spare as my old iPad jus died and needed this iPad Pro in 9.7” to fit other devices. New still can be found in a Chile but for double the price that I paid. I’m still need to see how is the battery life and will update this after a couple of weeks. ... show more

Ordered product on 9/26/19, 3 days later Got it delivered to amazon locker for the first time, got notification delivered and drove to get it 5 stars on time . 5 starts perfect condition no scratch at all . 0 star for battery completely dead, took over 1 hr to turn on with 5 % battery so worry about bad battery , will update again after 3 months of using this perfect iPad WiFi only 256gb for only $349.99 OMG LOVE IT SO FAR ... show more

I had high hopes for this purchase. It pushed me outside my comfort zone, because when it comes to technology it's generally my experience that new = better. Well, in this instance, renewed = great. I decided to take a chance on this seller and ignore the bad comments. The device I received was in fairly good condition. The back had normal wear and tear along with some nicks, I thought I could live with that. The tablet charged faster than my phone which was a great sign. Also, the screen was intact. Unfortunately once I turned it on, I found my faith was not well placed. This is my first used Apple device and I will not buy used again unless I can test it before purchase. After using it for a short period of time my iPad went to sleep and then became unresponsive. I tried turning it back on several times, once it responded, I was able to use the tablet for all of two minutes at a time before it would crash. While trying to turn it back on, (each time) I received the low battery warning. Once the tablet finally powered on the battery life showed 79 %. I turned it off and the following day it’s below 20%. I hope that my return will be accepted. ... show more

I was hesitant but when it came it was flawless. Didn't come in an apple box and the charger was an off brand but was suited for charging the iPad properly. Seriously looks and functions like a brand new one. I got mine from deal fisher but I am not sure if they all come from the same place.
