    • Works like a dream!
This was my second attempt at a refurbished iPad. I needed it because Square stand only fit this model and few other previous models. The first one I chose was refurbished by some Tech... company through Amazon. It was a lemon. I couldn’t even get through the initial setup without trouble. The touch screen had a bad lagging. I sent it back immediately. I saw this one and saw that it was refurbished by Apple. I figured that should be a key factor. I was right. It works like a dream. Fast and smooth, no problem, no glitches. We’re up and running with Square stand. We also use it for Spotify to play music in our salon while being used as retail through Square register. Originally worked, battery would not hold a charge and eventually completely died. Had to replace battery for additional cost w/ a third party repair shop.

    • Great tablet, generic cable/charger
I needed a new iPad and wanted to get a 9.7" iPad Pro with LTE, but they were super costly via the Apple refurbished store. I decided to take a gamble with this one on Amazon. Generally, the iPad works great. I didn't notice any physical wear and tear on it at all and it's far faster than my old iPad Mini 2 was. Rather than activating another tablet on AT&T, I just put the SIM card from my old iPad into this new one, and it worked perfectly. Now, the reason for four stars instead of five - the iPad arrived with a completely dead battery, and I thought it was defective at first (new or Apple-refurbished devices typically arrive with a 70-75% charge). Instead of including a genuine Apple-branded charge brick and Lightning cable, this iPad came with very cheap looking, generic ones. However, I am a fan of Anker products and use their adapters, which charge tablets quickly, and their cables, which are MFI certified and more durable than the garbage cables that Apple sells (plus quite a bit cheaper!). ... show more
