Would recommend getting an apple pencil 2 - very smooth for taking notes, doodling among other things... If not for the generic packaging and non-apple charger, there would be no way I'd be able to tell this is a "renewed" unit. Mine arrived absolutely flawless, shows no sign of usage at all, works perfectly. And saved me hundreds of $$$ compared to new, that's what I call a good deal. We got the 1 TB model for approximately 600 less than buying a new model from Apple or Amazon. Given that this was not a factory refurbished product, I was very worried initially making this purchase. The day we got it, I ran a half dozen systems checks on it to make sure it was working perfectly. There wasn’t a scratch on the body or screen - not even at the USB-c port. It was perfect - for 600 less than the new model. Still blown away at what a good deal it was. Never really had the chance to use the item. Before 24 hours had past it wasn't working properly. It would not charge, and so it died and I didn't get to use it again. The company I purchased it from was zero help except for me getting a full refund. Bad customer service and no knowledge of how the pad worked. ... show more

I love my iPad! I had plan to do more photo and video editing and was considering a more portable and powerful option, thus an iPad. Amazon Renew has exceeded my expectations entirely. The iPad did arrive quick and in excellent, if not perfect, condition. It was really clean and spotless cosmetically. The speed, battery, and iOS on the iPad is in great condition. The charger is third party, but will work well with the tablet so it is not an issue. Overall, if you’re unsure about Amazon Renewed items, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Got a iPad Pro 3 gen 1 TB wifi+date for less than 1,000. this baby’s go for 1699 on the apple store. mine came not in the original box, but it looks just like new, no scratches or dents. 100% satisfied with my experience with this renew program.
