Came in via prime. No dings and dents....time to vent. 58 percent battery has been going down. Won't charge. UPDATE !! Battery issues is due to the iPad charger not being sufficient enough. I went on many forums and many people with apple purchased iPad Pros have the same issue. The charger will maintain the battery while using it. The key is to let it charge while off overnight. A good 6 hours or so...go to sleep ! When you wake up should be at 100. If you need a faster charge get the apple USB-C charger and an applicable USB-C cable. It will charge ALOT faster. So refurbished....get it ! The charger that I received isn't an apple product, but it's all made in China. Works the same as my official charger that came with my iPad Air. My unit came like new. And people worry about warranty....As an individual that is tech savy more often than not....non moving parts rarely break. When was the last time that your iPad didn't work not due to human error ? I ordered an iPad from them and the first one I received wouldn’t turn on at all even after being plugged in and charged. They sent me a second iPad and it wouldn’t set up beyond wifi. I have owned apple products for 20 years and never have I experienced such terrible software. After returning the second iPad, I asked for a refund. They insisted that the refund wouldn’t process and continued to say they were refunding me but it wasn’t going through. I asked if I could be refunded on a different card or account and they refused. I reached out to Amazon who reached out to them and they ignored Amazon and me for two months. They finally said that since it as beyond the 90 day warranty they wouldn’t be refunding me, even though I don’t even have the iPad and it’s been in their possession for about 3 1/2 months at this point. Their iPads were complete garbage and their customer service is substantially worse. I’m out $300 because they can ignore me for 60 days then say it’s too late for a refund. So far this iPad Pro is good. I was going into this considering it's a refurbish you never know what you're going to get. But I have tested all functions and all are working. Also the serial numbers match in settings to the engraving on the back. Condition wise no scratches on the back metal but only a few small scratches on the screen edge which is not a problem. A glass screen protector covers it up well. I checked battery cycle count only had two cycles to the battery. And is getting 10hours charge with heavy use as it should. But now for the cable and charger. Which is a disappointment. The charger block is clearly a counterfeit Apple charger plus it didn't work. Also you need to be very careful you don't damage your iPad when it's not an authentic charger and could be a fire risk. And the cable looks authentic but its used and dirty needless to say I can't and will not use the cable or this charger that were included. I contacted the seller and they have resolved this issue without problems. ... show more
