The screen on my identical model broke, and it’s not just a piece of glass - it’s a part of the functioning tablet. Suffice it to say, repairs would have cost me around $700, and I was able to buy this replacement for about half that! So far, I’m very pleased with my replacement and everything seems to be working well. Note that the seller sends with in-person signature required, so you will need to plan for that (if I had realized it before ordering, I would have had it sent to work). So far not so good. What i have noticed with this one is the touchscreen is finicky. And the more toward the center the more sometimes does not sense your finger. I have a feeling ill be sending this one back. I hope I don’t have too.

Purchased a refurbished 2017 iPad Pro 12.9 from BuySPRY on Wednesday and product arrived on time the following Monday. The product was clean and scratch-free. It looked flawless. It came with a generic lighting cable and charger, which was expected. However, the generic charger was only rated for 5W. The official Apple charger for a 2017 iPad Pro 12.9 is a 12W charger. It would take a long time to fully charge the iPad Pro using the 5W charger. I then proceeded to charge the iPad Pro with the generic cable and charger as the iPad Pro came with absolutely no charge. After the battery reached 5%, I then started setting up the iPad Pro. Everything was going well for about 15 minutes, then the iPad Pro shut itself down suddenly and displayed the drained battery icon. It then tried to reboot itself (seeing the Apple logo flashed by) and then the drained battery icon again. This kept repeating itself for like 10 minutes then it finally booted itself up. I then let the unit charged to 80% before starting to set it up again. Like the first time , the unit just suddenly shutdown and displayed the drained battery icon again after using it for about 10 minutes. It kept repeating the sudden shutdown with the drained battery icon and rebooting itself up for about 5 minutes. The unit then was finally fully booted back up and I was able to sign on to it. The unit was showing 79% full battery. At this point, it looked there was an issue either with the battery itself or the connector between the battery and the system board. I decided this iPad Pro definitely was not functional and started the return process. It has been about 5 days, I am still waiting for the refund to be credited back to my card. ... show more

Came looking clean and new, runs good runs like it should. Cons I ordered a 512 gb. Got a 256gb. I am impatient so I just excepted it and had the other cash difference sent back. But it’s good quality and I will admit that the company reached out about the mistake. That says a lot about the customer service. So thank you.
