I could not set it up to begin with because the voiceover was on. It kept messing up typing on the pad. It is currently working now so I have no complaints currently. We will see how it goes with refurbished items it can go either way. It came with zero charge in it but it did come with an iPad charger! So far I wish I would have known to turn the voice over off sooner and save myself some stress, so if you're having to double or triple tap on your things and it's telling you what you're typing you have to hit the home button three times. Other than that after turning it off the setup is going smoothly I will have updates if it does not go well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I had purchased a refurbished ipad from this seller about a year ago with the sole purpose of using it for my college classes. I was so excited because I managed to save up the money to upgrade from pen and paper to this beauty. It was working well for the first month and then I noticed it started create lines on the screen out of nowhere and would become unusable for a couple of minutes (keep in mind I’ve never dropped this iPad or even scratched it, I protected this thing with my life). As time went on these little screen freak outs would get worse and last longer than a few minutes but I would put up with it because I would have to pay an absurd amount of money to repair it. Eventually it got to the point where the screen would go completely black and not work again for hours. This video is nothing to compared to now. It’s currently unusable and stuck on this weird line/ black screen forever. I tried talking to the seller and they brushed me off instantly, saying it was no longer their problem. I then contacted Amazon and they just told me to take it up with the seller. I was hesitant to write this review because I’m very supportive of businesses and would never want to shed a bad light, but if anyone is considering buying from these people I wouldn’t recommend. I bought this iPad in mid-November 2023, for $360. I am a student who uses it to draw, take notes, and access a handful of ios-exclusive apps. I cannot believe old gal is still kicking. The iPad had extreme charging problems and at some point would not charge at all, and on the verge of not being able to use it at all, I plugged in its original cord and now it works again. I do not know how long we will keep this charade up, it and I. 64GB of storage isn't enough. Go for a bigger one. I was certain I would use it for only one thing too, and now I wish I'd sprung for 256GB. The screen is the perfect size for me, and I think if you mostly use a laptop and use a tablet as a sort of addon to your life, it will be the perfect size for you too. I'm glad they have since brought the price down, because I think that as it is currently selling for, about $280, is more reasonable, considering it's an old iPad with very little storage, that may have unexpected problems you have to deal with. ... show more

the ipad came in very good condition thankfully , i was very hesitant when purchasing because of the reviews but safe to say it was a success 😊. the ipad is 11 inches and i’m upgrading from a 10.2 inch so i would say the size is good and the screen is big plus it comes with a screen protector on it already??? that’s a plus. only problem i would say is there is two small dents on the bottom edges but then again i did purchase a refurbished ipad so i shouldn’t expect the most highest brand new product. but anyways i’m very satisfied with my purchase , definitely would say to buy this. ... show more
