It charges properly while setting things up, downloading apps etc battery didn’t drain itself and last longer than expected! I updated it to IpadOS 26 and runs smoothly! Well the number one issue as shown in the picture attached is I bought in excellent condition. Amazon clarifies that excellent means no visible cosmetic damage can be viewed from 12” away. Clearly as seen around the type-c port, this is not the case and the seller did not follow Amazon’s guidelines. The second issue is there’s a whole section of the screen where the touch sensor (digitizer) doesn’t even respond. You scroll down or draw and once you get to that section of the screen it just stops scrolling or drawing and then continues after you pass the section. Basically, the device doesn’t even function properly which is a HUGE issue, it should’ve been replaced by a high quality screen that meets OEM specifications. It’s honestly unacceptable that the standards are not upheld, by utilizing deceptive marketing techniques (misrepresentation, bogus claims, etc.) this a scam, and I’m very disappointed in Amazon’s “renewed” services. ... show more

Purchased the 3rd Gen iPad Pro, 11-inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 256GB (Renewed / Used) from BuySpry a month ago. It arrived in a generic box, but it looked brand new. So far, so good. (I’m running iOS 12.4, not the newer iOS 13.1.) When it arrived, I ran it thru some testing to ensure it performed like new as well. I ran Geekbench 4, with the CPU and Compute benchmarks. I ran it 3 times, and averaged the results. The tests were performed with the USB C power cord plugged in, and the battery at 100%. The CPU single & Mult core scores matched Geekbench4 average results at 5023, and 17962. The Geekbench Compute score came in at 43001, also slightly above average. Performance was good. Next I checked the battery status using the DigiDNA app iMazing on my Win10 PC. When I initially checked it, it showed 3 cycles on the battery, which were most likely mine, as I had it for a few days. iMazing reported the battery was at 100% charge and met the orginal ipad capacity specifications. The USB C charger BuySpry was pretty cheap, offering only a 5V @ 3Amps output. Lower that the 18W charger apple supplier. I purchased a Aukey 30W charger(B07PPM9T1C), and tossed this one into a drawer for emergencies. The Aukey supplies 15V & 2 Amps. The charge rate is surprisingly fast. I have to be honest; I really miss the 3.5mm headphone jack. I wish apple would rethink that decision, but I won’t hold my breath. Overall, this ipad pro 11” looks and performs like a brand new iPad. If you buy one, its worth the time to ensure it performs like a new one. Mine does. Good Luck! 3 months later: Still running like a new iPad, no regrets on the decision to purchase a renewed item. So far, this unit has been excellent -- no physical flaws & with screen protector pre-installed [excellent installation also]. Appears to operate as new, upgraded to iPadOS 26.4 with no issues and runs equally as fast as before on previous iPadOS. I was able to get the Cellular version for virtually no additional cost above the WiFi only version. I didn't need the Cellular, but for the same price, why not? SO FAR, it's a Silver 5-Star unit. I now just need a cheap tutor to help me learn how to get the most from it. The only negative so far is I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED it has a pre-installed screen protector. Not expecting that, I also ordered a package of screen protectors which now I don't need and could have saved me $30. I only gave this a 4-Star review simply because one never knows what can happen buying a refurbished model down the road -- even an "Excellent" one. ... show more
