Perfect Condition except battery which I expected. Meets my needs though for music. If I keep on airplane mode it will last enough. If you need a solid 8 or 9 hours or something you’ll need to look at much newer if not new. But for the price and my needs it seems really great.

I was very disappointed by this, I am a long-time customer of Amazon, and I have purchased a large number of products through Amazon over the years, and for the most part I am very satisfied with the service and the trust I have in Amazon. It is very disappointing to purchase a product on Amazon, and find out that there are many scratches and that the product is simply damaged, this is not the standard expected from Amazon, and I have a lot of disappointment and loss of trust when the product is damaged, and is very different from what was described on Amazon's website.
