I bought this 1st Gen iPad Pro 12.9 to work with a particular high end 10 year old mixing board’s software. I got far more than I paid for, as when I opened the box, the iPad was literally brand new. I installed the software and it all works perfectly ! Full battery life, and not a nick or scratch on the iPad anywhere. It was listed as reconditioned and came with a good warranty from the seller, and fully upgraded operating system already installed - but I’ve got a feeling that I won’t be needing the warranty. I LOVE the huge 12.9’ screen. I can’t imagine that a brand new 2022 model would work any better for the extra $1,500 or so that it would have cost me. One pleased customer here !! ... show more

I was surprised of the quality. It’s really a good product, nice iPad , it just work seemingly well. I used it mostly for navigation and it’s just fine for me. Don’t know how it will perform with other tasks, however the iPad came in good shape. Recommend it 💯👍🏾

It is a good price and was packaged well for shipping. They sent one that did not operate, They tried to help fix the issue. When that did not work they offered a replacement. Once I informed them it was shipped they sent the replacement. The new one works great. I just need to turn off the extra battery drainers that Apple has on. Would recommend this to anyone who wants an iPad but does not want to pay the high price. ... show more

When we received the iPad the battery is faulty. Charged it one time and then it was a challenge to get it to turn back on, kept saying the battery was dead. We began the refund process over two weeks ago and it’s been verified that it was delivered back to Amazon and yet they are still saying it could be 30 days. ... show more

Great tablet had 3 blemishes on the side - slight nick on the sides and hairline scratch of sorts on the Apple logo. Came with an Apple 10W charger however the cable wasn't Apple. No fuss, purchased the Apple 29 Watt Apple charger and chord - haven't yet used either. Loving the IPP, got unlimited Data plan through Cricket Wireless (because I'm cheap and wanted unlimited unlimited because of train to work commute) and everything works flawlessly - for now... Was supposed to get one day shipping but the tablet was slingshotted from CA to Kentucky and back to CA. Odd but whatever, it's hear now snug in the second of possibly three cases - want something which isn't going to expose it to the elements while keeping it in near pristine condition + the occas bang and bump while on the way to and from woik.
