    • I received a defective item
The item was defective. The sound was so low when the car was running you could not hear anything. The worst part is I was changed a restocking fee, so it looks like this company is going to resell this head unit. Very disappointing.

Not a bad radio, but the add CLEARLY states it will work with apple CarPlay and it DOES NOT. I’d paid a professional to install this radio and I’m highly disappointed in the fact it does work with CarPlay….I’d like a refund for false advertising. Do not buy this junk. sound quality is horrible. do not buy it, you will regret it. there are better options. I'm very disappointed. I replaced my head unit JVC KW-v40bt with this one. As soon as I turn on the new unit, I was able to hear the big difference in sound quality. even though, my JVC is old the sound quality of the pioneer is nowhere near my old receiver. again, do not buy this junk ... show more
