Device came largely as expected, I ordered an “acceptable” quality iPad Pro, there are a few light scratches on the screen that I can live with and that a screen protector will mask. Overall the device seems to work as intended. It was packaged well, came with a USB-C charger and block which was nice, bur please note the charger and block don’t work, so have your own USB-C charger. The device came charged at 88%. There are also some other minor scratches and dings to the back and sides that look like maybe just from daily use by the previous owner(s). That will be easily masked with a case and screen protector. This is a day 1 review but if the device continues to work as expected I would use this seller again, and I would recommend them.     • Great Product, but refurbished with BAD battery.
I hate writing anything negative anymore in product reviews such as this one. They usually get blown way out proportion, so please bear with me so that I can explain everything I have gone through. First I ordered a keyboard/case for my old iPad Pro, and it practically fell apart the second day I owned it, and then my damn iPad picked that moment to die of old age. After ordering a replacement, one refurbished, and a generation younger—because that’s all I could afford—it never arrived! FedEx continued to put me off daily with either claims that deliveries were attempted (they weren’t) or with a “re-scheduling”. I finally caught on after a week that my package was most likely stolen from the nearest distribution center. Well,I got lucky for once and found a replacement to order. (The one I am reviewing finally, sorry) It was all that I could hope for—AND IT ARRIVED IN ONE DAY! This one is really great accept one very important thing, and I’m sorry I couldn’t give 5 stars. I would assume that in an”excellent” rated refurbishment, the battery would be replaced. A new iPad battery boasts a 10-hour run time when charged %100. From the very beginning I could only get, maybe 3.5 hours on a full charge, and it takes FOREVER to charge. That sounds like a OLD battery to me and that doesn’t seem acceptable in a unit that is supposed to be “excellent”. How or why this happened, no idea, I would like to think something like this wouldn’t “slip by” a vender’s inspection, but the alternative is that an “excellent” refurbishment description means getting an old battery and that doesn’t make sense either. I am left trying to figure out what to do, I’m hoping someone on the other end will help me—I guess we’ll see. ... show more

I bought this refurbed almost two years ago. If I have it with me, it is literally my go to device over my iPhone and my MacBook. It’s so quick. It’s got a ton of storage. I can run multiple apps at the same time. I use graphic design apps like Procreate and Photoshop and ArtStudio. I can run all three at the same time and switch back and forth between the three with no lag or delay. This is a five year old device, and I probably won’t really need a new one for another five as long as Apple continues to support it. If you’re on the fence about what to get, don’t be. Get this. It’s not incredibly expensive compared to a new one or a newer one. It’s light, too. You barely even know you’re holding it. ... show more
