    • Expensive but it’s the only tablet with low latency pen and touch response.
The warping on the body itself is still and issue, that may have changed in the 2020 model and as far as usability is concerned, the physical defects does not seem to affect user input. Battery life is adequate, lasts me 2-4 days and it doesn’t drain when not in use. I previously had the galaxy tab 2016 model with pen and an asus tablet, both of them are snails compared to this. Everything about it is fine except they thought it would be suitable to give me an ipad with a power button EXTREMELY DENTED IN. The functionality is completely out of the option. I already discarded the packaging before realizing so it's likely too late to get a replacement.

    • purchasing this is a risk
Ipad pro was purchased as refurbished unit with 3 month return policy. It worked fine for 4 months then no longer accepted a charge despite changing cables & charger as well as cleaning charge port. It is dead. A local shop said it is a battery or charge port issue, and parts are not available. Apple is unlikely to fix at reasonable price (ie less than replacing it). So I am left with dead unit. Seller said beyond 90 days, they do not stand behind these products. I am on my own. 4 month lifespan is ridiculously short. I would recommend against any purchases from this seller. ... show more
