The product that I recived was inspected by Prime Mobility. I was desperately needing an ipad for work, because I was having a hard time turning sheet music pages during recording sessions without making any sound. So, i had to get an ipad for this purpose. I was expecting a really scratched up ipad and disfunctional touch screen and short batrery life, but no... this renewed model was like new! Whomever the previous owner was took a really REALLY good care of it. Zero scratch on the back, barely any mark on the edges (maybe a tiny few "dots" and "lines" from dust). One corner has a ding but it was not noticeable at all, I actually had to purposely find flaws to see it... I would probably make that same ding sometime down the line. The charger is not included. When i received the ipad, it was at about 49%. It lasted pretty long. I charged it again with my Samsung charger and it was super slow. I think the wattage might not be right so will need to find appropriate charger later. Overall, I am super happy with the quality and the conditon of the ipad. Thank you Prime Mobility! I purchased refurbished apple iPad Pro 2017 12.9 in. with 256gb. And what a hell of a time I had trying to set it up!’was unable to get on my home internet even though I followed all the prompts. I had to use my hotspot. Then started receiving messages that memory was almost @4.89 gb. What happened to the 256gb! Then messages said the iOS needed to be updated but couldn’t do that either because you need a computer I don’t have a computer! I had to make an appointment with an Apple Store which there are only 2 in my state! They fixed the issues. Awesome techs❤️. Sellers please at least update the ios what a frustrating inconvenient, time consuming experience. However the iPad's screen ,responsiveness, color and sound are very good. ... show more

Basically good. The charger only worked to 12% then got hot and stopped working. Since this was my 1st iPad and I didn't know what was happening (constant "accessory not supported messages") and it wasn't charging, I initiated a return process. Then found that I had another charger and cable that worked. So I think they owe me a charger, but I'll keep it. Also had a little ding on the back (I wouldn't call it excellent condition as advertised), but I think it works ok- oddly the calendar populates with events from about 7 years ago and I've spent a fair bit of time unsuccessfully trying to synch it with my other Mac devices... ... show more

I had heard great reviews about the iPad Pro as a drawing tool, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to scoop one up for a hefty discount. I had also never purchased a refurbished electronic device before, so I was a bit skeptical as to how good the quality would be. The iPad didn't come in it's original packaging, which was slightly disappointing because I've never used an Apple product before and had to turn to the internet for instructions. It did come with charging cable and adapter. The device itself was in fantastic condition. The screen had a few micro scratches, but no otherwise glaring flaws. The OS is clean and snappy, and I didn't have any trouble setting it up an Apple ID (which is a problem I've heard of with used devices). The device also didn't have any trouble pairing with the keyboard and pencil I purchased. Overall, an incredible value for a used product in excellent condition. ... show more
