This is a renewed product, so I wasn't necessarily expecting it to be in pristine condition, but there is barely any mark on it at all. The only imperfection is a very small, very slight scuff on one edge that took me a while to even notice. It feels brand new and works great! The only down side is that I think its battery life isn't as long as a brand new iPad, but again, I wasn't expecting it to be like a brand new item. Product arrived well packaged and seemed in good shape cosmetically. However, the battery life was poor, indicating that the refurbished unit was delivered with much less than 70% battery health. We also discovered that the microphones on the device were non-functional, but as it was beyond the return period the seller would do nothing for us. Charger: The charger does not work, so you will have to purchase that separately. Screen: There are quite a few scratches, but once you put a screen protector on top, you can not see them anymore. Overall Performance: It does work pretty well and is fast for most general uses like streaming videos and taking notes. I do not know if it works for high performance streaming games or drawing art. Overall, I do think you are getting what you paid for. The iPad works fairly well overall for second hand use. The only issues I have are the battery and charger. I think the battery does drain rather fast when using compared to other models- but it was not so concerning to the point where I felt that I needed to reach out to the seller. And as mentioned previously, my other concern was the charger; the charger does not work and is not from Apple so you will have to purchase that separately or try reaching out to the seller (something I have not done). ... show more
