I had issues with the first one I received, which left me skeptical of exchanging it with the same refurbished kind. Was a frustrating time, freezing tablet unresponsive tablet just bad all together. I did go ahead and gave it another try and I could tell right away that the replacement is in much better working order. No issues as of now. The battery live is poor for me I get about 3-4 hours of continual use before I need plug it in. For me that’s Ok as I only use it at home. All in all I’m ok now with the product, was pleased with the quick arrival of replacement and no issues with the exchange refund. El iPad es impresionante, esta igual a nuevo. Aquí decía que es de 64gb y me vino de 256gb !! A toda mi familia les encantó, también quieren una. Realmente está como nueva y a un excelente precio!! La cámara tiene opción de grabar 4k, las imágenes y videos de YouTube se ven en 1080 HD. Las series se ven en alta calidad y los parlantes hacen el sonido increíble, se escucha perfecto !! La última actualización de software que tiene es 17.7, lo que permite descargarte todas las últimas aplicaciones para dibujar!! My 12 yo daughter saved up her babysitting money to buy an iPad. This was perfect for her. Came in great shape - no noticeable scratches, chips or marks. Works like new and great for her needs- school work, games and watching videos.

    • good deal for a used iPad
So when the Pro came out in 2017, it cost $649 but the iPad has about $100 depreciation in price. Keep that in mind. First off i saw the battery health suppose to be at least 80% and i thought the battery life in this could be better. I did find a tool to check for myself and it was 81%, go figure. It came with a case and a screen protector. I don't think that was disclosed. Might of been just the seller that i bought from. On an angle i could see 2 small hairline scratches and was going to rip off the cover but then what? I know if i ever trade-in, the 2 marks on the screen are not going to knock it down. I suspect i can load iOS 16 this 2022 fall and then iOS 17 in the fall of 2023..So i suspect the Summer of 2024 might be when to trade this in. I have 90 days to see what happens. ... show more

I’m not usually a fan of buying used electronics. This ipad was in immaculate condition. New screen and possibly new battery. The back didn’t have a single scratch. Looks like a brand mew ipad. And the ipad arrived early. This is a great store and with quality products.

Let me start this off buy saying I almost never leave a bad review. So for me to post this, says a lot. Straight out of the box, it appeared as a brand new iPad. I was incredibly impressed and had high hopes. We’ve been using this iPad since the end of February and since day 1 it’s been nothing but issues. They started off small issues. Battery life bouncing around. Occasional issues with the touchscreen glitching. Over the last 3 months the small glitches have turned into major issues. The iPad will go from a full charge to 30% in about 20 minutes. Then dead in another 20. It HAS to be kept plugged in if it’s being used. It can be plugged in for an hour and not move from 1%. Then all the sudden it dies then comes back on at 100% the will drop to 4% almost immediately. Incredibly frustrating. When it’s charging (I’ve tried different cords and charging bricks as well as the cord and brick that came with the device) the back of the iPad gets INCREDIBLY hot to the touch, as does the brick. The touchscreen freezes up so often now, that it’s almost impossible to use procreate (my main reason for purchasing). If so much as the tip of your finger touches the screen, it’s two finger tapping. So it has to be held only with a flat hand across the back. Initially I thought it came with a glass screen protector. It has recently started to get a lot of chips along the edges of the glass so I assumed it was a cheap one. I went out and bought a good quality screen protector to replace it. Well unfortunately it’s not a screen protector, but the screen itself. It sticks up quite a bit about the frame. It also doesn’t reach the frame edges all the way around. Almost like the screen was replaced with one made to fit a different model. So pretty much I paid $200 for an iPad that is almost unusable (for what I bought it for) after 3 months 😞 Do yourself a favor and buy a newer generation iPad from a different seller. ... show more
